I'm reading "Influence: New & Expanded - The Psychology of Persuasion" by Robert Cialdini. A lot of the basic marketing principles we know and recognize - Liking, Reciprocity, Scarcity, Social Proof, Authority, etc - are discussed in broad and expansive ways, making each of those levers much better understood and applicable. SO GOOD!
