Brazillian License Plate Detection and Recognition prototype

Just a short demo of my Brazillian ALPR prototype, using dlib's HOG+MMOD for plate detection, some image processing techniques to character segmentation and some really simple convolutional neural network, based on LeNet5, to letter and digit classification.
