That’s completely out of context. It depends on so many things. PPU you set what your overall sprite sizes are like if you have 16x16 sprites you set it to 16… if the sprites are to small or to big you just zoom in or out with the camera maybe. But don’t just play around. Drop in multiple sprites and then set one to 500 because it’s smaller then… … that would be very bad. Also for example setting a 16x16 sprite to PPU 16 also means if you drag the sprite one whole unit on x axis it’s exactly 16px to the side….
