This is what he does.. he’s been through a lot in his tenure.. and I’ve been frustrated with him at times.. but he’s a connector and a communicator and he keeps the ship on course.. As a lifelong eagles fan, there's nothing more frustrating than watching our press and people make something out of nothing. This team is not perfect. No team is perfect, but making something out of nothing like the press doed is so obnoxious. It's almost like eagles Fans just can't be happy.There's too much expectation of perfection

Can I just take a moment to say, as a die hard Philly fan, we are way too critical & we jump to conclusions way too often. We all know that every coach & players feels the city on their back. They know what it means to represent our people. We need to have some more faith & confidence in these guys, especially when we see their ability. I think in nicks time here he’s proven that he is the leader this team needs & he’s got what it takes to take us all the way. Let’s get behind our coaches & players, & show them some compassion when times might be tougher than others. The truth is we will never have a winning team if these guys constantly feel like they’re on the hot seat
