Please enjoy my video featuring the new OrbX FTX Scotland region. I have waited a long time for Scotland my homeland to be done by OrbX and I`m sure I will have many more videos to show of this majestic landscape.
Having spent a lot of time walking and climbing in the highlands I can say that OrbX have really done an amazing job.
We will take in the scenery from the rugged Western Highlands, Inverness, Stirling and Edinburgh my hometown.

8 or so years ago this video introduced me to flight simulators. No idea how I found it at that time to be honest but I am so glad I did. Thank you for your wonderful cinematic that helped me discover such a wonderful hobby.

Thank you mate, there is a way to make them work, you have to rename 3 BGL files to .OFF instead of .BGL inside the OrbX Scotland scenery folder that relate to the airport you want to make compatible. Also the UK2000 stuff has to be above FTX in the scenery library.There is proper instructions in the FTX payware support forum. Hope that helps :)

Unreal.... simply unreal. As you know, I come from Northern Ireland, and I can't wait for that Orbx scenery to come! This makes me want it more! Very cultural video, especially for an FSX Film. Loved the video. I had just downloaded Gen X photo scenbery for SAcotland and the FTX prodsucts to see which I preferred the most before purchasing. I was disappointed in some aspects, I really wanted it to have the real images, but with the photoscenery being so flat I actually think I much prefer the ORBX stuff. OK its not the exact real place, but it certainly feels like you are in a real place with all the buildings and depth to the terrain.

Yeah not to keen on photoscenery for it looking flat either. OrbX are doing great work with FSX

I got the orbx scotland scenery too when it was released... never seen nessie though... mind you i wasnt that far over lol! got orbx wales aswell just to fly the hawks and tornado's through mach loop lol, need your help with FSRecorder at somepoint dude, will fire a pm your way soon!
