Menu (Beta Version) - Super Smash Bros. Ultimate

I'm not sure if a version with this quality has been uploaded before. This was played during the EVO 2019 stream of SSBU, and I was surprised at how good it sounded compared to the uploads I've heard before. So I knew I had to record and upload it.

Not gonna lie, I think this sounds much better than the final version. That choir, man.

Honestly, this sounds more like an official live orchestrated version rather than a beta - the fact this sounds more improvised makes it more beautiful. It sounds much more intense, especially for a menu but this is a celebration of all star fighting so hey, it's worth it!

In my opinion, with each new upload of the beta version of the menu theme, it gets slightly better. It's my favorite version of the menu theme. Although, I don't know if it's just me, but... It seems like each upload of the beta version has a little something that the other one might not have, like I'll hear an instrument here that I probably won't hear in someone else's upload of the beta theme or vise versa. So hopefully in the future, I'll get to hear the perfect version of the beta menu theme having no missing instrument or being a low quality or something. Anyway, this one here is really nice and so close to perfection for me, thank you for uploading it.

If the final version is the one that plays in a hypothetical Wii U version of Ultimate, then this would be the one for the 3DS version

The beta version always hypes everyone up. And this is no exception. Back in June 12th, 2018, almost all of us lost it when Smash Bros. Ultimate was bringing back every single character from every single Smash game, and bringing back *some* of the best features we've always admired.


However, Smash isn't perfect, and most of us can agree to that point where Sakurai literally added Preferred Rules, an online feature that attempts to matchmake you with other people with similar Preferred Rules adjustments. Nonetheless, Smash truly is an *ULTIMATE* game, bringing us the joy and excitement like no other Smash game did. Thank you for reading this long comment.
