Starbucks doesn’t enforce hand washing in the midst of a pandemic. I’ve been to several Starbucks and don’t see anyone washing their hands. They have lowered their standards and do a poor job training the employees. The quality of Barista skills are poor. They used to have high standards and focus more on speed than making it right.
