Time Wizard Tengu Plant Format Yu-Gi-Oh! Chaos Plant Deck Profile

Information about the September 2011/YCS Toronto/Tengu Plant time wizard format.
1. Card Pool includes anything that was released for YCS Toronto, so the cutoff date is September 16th (Friday before the event). Most recent core set would be Generation Force. If you choose to play the YCS Columbus version then decks such as dark world and gallis monster mash are legal.

2. European exclusives are not legal as this is a NA event. Main example is gallis the star beast who wouldn’t be available in all regions until it’s printing in LCGX on October 4th.
