The Chinese stocks market is on fire! Is this a new bull market in China? Are the Chinese stocks entering a new sustainable bull market? If so, what is the one thing that we all must do to participate

First, we look at all the factors that may influence the path of this bull market in China, both the positives and the negatives.

ASHR, the Chinese ETF that tracks the CSI300 index, is the ETF that we use to participate in this market.

As a sample trade, we calculate that 20-day ATR of ASHR as its volatility and uses two ATRs to compute the number of shares that we must buy.

The one thing we must do to participate this bull market in China is to manage our risk. We achieve that by controlling our maximum loss. We update our stop-loss orders daily to maintain this risk management goal and still let the profit accumulate.
