Is it accurate with sketch to render for example floor plans

This does not work for architectural rendering. Only good for the VERY PRELIMINARY CONCEPTUAL DESIGN. As architect we start with massing study . develop the massing, 3D modeling. and rendering for presentation to the client, to the board, to the city council, to the mayor, so forth and so on. You cannot change it every time you generate.
