Is this a hard plastic case ? Or a soft one

I’m torn between this case and the torras slim case. Does the the case camera bump go past the phone’s camera lens? I don’t want the lens rubbing on anything. Which would you recommend? Thanks!

Update on return. I received a email about a three weeks ago and provided the information they asked for. No reply or refund to date. This company appears to operate on zero customer Returns. I guess they have calculated in there business plan the few customers they lose is cheaper then having a person to handle refunding returned products. As for the case I have, It has worked well but has a lot of wear on it. I do not except it to last more than a year before needing replaced. I will not purchase from TAC again because of there lack of customer service.

This case is very slippery in hand, i have used slim case like this in the past, iphone kept slipping off my hands.

I ordered this case over a month ago. They haven’t shipped it. No communication. No costumer service. My emails go unanswered. I escalated my claim with PayPal.

Order the I phone 13 mini case 3.0 and the glass screen protectors. Received both, the case fit great but the screen protector is to small and don't fit. You can see it is to small without removing the protective cover provided on the screen. Filled out there return form on their website but no reply. Tried shipping it back to address on shipping package but the postal service stated the address is not valid even thou it shows up in google map. There website states returned item must be post marked within 7 days from date received. Because they are not responding to their own return form, it would appear they don't take returns back. WARNING (RED FLAGS) 1. When the site does not have a return address in contact us. 2. No phone number to call. 3. No place to write a review on there website. I will update if I get a positive response from them within the 7 days period.
