I'm french and I approve this message. Even here in France some people make the confusion, but red wine and camembert doesn't go well together despite the cliché.

My fav wines are good Argentinian Malbec & Australian Shiraz

For cheeses I like XO Aged Gouda, truffle cheddar or parmesan & mild blue cheese

I got a gift for my birthday of : Scott Kelley Willamette Valley Pinot Noir 2018 I want to drink it don't know much about wine though. don't know if it should be served chilled and what snacks are best that pairs with it . please help !!
