ABOUT EMR
Recording music at home doesn't need to be difficult. Any musician, whether you're a guitarist, bassist, drummer, can easily record and produce great sounding tracks in your home studio. My goal is to help you make the recording process as easy as possible.

We also look at many other aspects of just being a musician in general. From keeping your guitars in top shape, to philosophies about creating music, and anything else that comes along with being a musician.

Nice! I just build a nice guitar patch with a couple of sends and wondered how to save the lot as a preset - now I know 👍🏻

If you have two buses on one audio track, would you add both buses as tracks, and create the summing stacks with all three as usual? Sorry if that's confusing!

Does anyone know how make your own folders for your own pre sets?

This works well when creating a patch for my Roland Cloud TR-808 with all 11 auxes open in the mixer and reverb and delay send effects, on one buss each. I changed the icon of the summing stack to the photo icon of the 808 is Logic's icon library before saving the patch. But when I load the saved patch, the icon alwys displays as as a solid colour illustrated drum machine icon, not the 808 photo icon. Happens with all drum icons that have both photo and solid colour illustrated versions. If I choose a photo icon that doesn't have an illustrated equivalent, e.g. an accordion, that icon appears correctly when loading the patch. I just upgraded to 10.8. Could this be a new bug? Have tested it on two different AS Macs, one running Ventura and another running Sonoma. Is andyone able to test this on their machine using either the current or a recent older version of Logic please?

I'm assuming this process is the same for situations where your tracks are sent to more than one bus, correct?

Seeing that the drums are in one region, how did you get the snare, tom, cymbals etc to be in their own channels? I sampled drums of my own and would like to EQ them without having to manually create 10 tracks for 10 pieces of the kit. Thanks!
