2013 Ninja 650 walkaround and 2015 Yamaha FZ-07 comparison

I don't own a 650 Ninja but I've ridden one. One thing I can say about the bike is that it's pretty darn comfortable to ride. That's important because 85% of the time even hooligan sport bike riders are traveling to or from their favorite places to cut loose. That's a lot of time just putting around not going fast.

Nice looking bike! I have a first generation 2007 Kawasaki 650R. My bike is light at 393 pounds dry. I too was interested in the FZ-07 for about ten minutes, but I didn't want a naked bike; and besides, my Ninja with the full fairing is way better on the highway than the FZ-07 and my bike is faster in the top end too.

I would have taken the Ninja 650 over the FZ-07 as well. Better looking bike, period. Rode the FZ, suspension damping was HORRIBLE. Was like riding a pogo stick. Could be because I weigh 215 pounds and was too heavy for it??? Considering a 650 myself "have a GPz 750 now, will never part with it" for a touring bike. Looks good, comfortable, more than enough power and speed. All the bike anyone needs. PLUS, it's a Kawi!

What do you think of the stock handlebars? I have a 14 650 and dislike how high the handlebars are. I might get sportbars laters. I changed the stock tires to Michelin Pilot Powers and a hugh difference from the horrible stock Dunlops.

You should have had the dealership through in the tank pad. Those frame sliders are not that expensive either so the dealer could have done that for you.

Hey i have a 2013 kawasaki 650 tryna get lowering links to lower my bike 3-4 inches but cant find lowering links to fit my bike anywhere can u help me out the bike model is ex650e is that the same as yours? Can u help me find links to fit my bike?

Hey man I'm really debating getting the ninja 650 or the Yamaha fz6r. I was wondering how tall are you? Nd how much you weigh? Cuz I'm 6'1 nd 230 lbs.. Lot of ppl said the ninja 650 foot pegs are bit too high.. So is it uncomfortable for you ? Thank you

Nice bike you have there, I like the white, it looks great. How does the Cosco help with the price ??
I seen them in several places, 2012 & 2013 new bikes, one place was ebay for $5, 990 + tax, and tag, some even had ABS at the same price, I think they are gone by now, not sure ?  Thanks, yl
