Why the fuck critical systems are connected to the internet? I've heard about a case where a hearth surgery was interrupted because Windows started to install updates, but that machine did nothing that would require internet connection, then why the fuck they've connected that PC to the internet, if you stay offline you doesn't even need those security updates.
