"Que todos os seres possuam a felicidade e suas causas.
Possam todos os seres estar livres do sofrimento e suas causas.
Possam todos os seres permanecerem para sempre na alegria.
Possam todos os seres permanecerem em equanimidade, livres do apego e da aversão."
Bekanze significa eliminar a dor.
Maha bekanze é um grande meio de eliminação da dor.
Uma explicação do significado do bekanze é que ele refere-se a eliminar a dor do sofrimento verdadeiro, não apenas da doença, mas de todos os problemas. Ele elimina a pena de morte e renascimento que são causados por karma e pensamentos perturbadores.
O primeiro bekanze elimina todos os problemas do corpo e da mente, incluindo a velhice e a doença.
O segundo bekanze elimina todas as causas do verdadeiro sofrimento, que não é externa, mas dentro da mente. Isto se refere aos pensamentos perturbadores e Karma. É a causa interna que permite que fatores externos tornam-se condições para a doença.
A terceira frase, maha bekandze, ou "grande eliminação", refere-se a se estar eliminando até mesmo as impressões sutis na consciência causadas por pensamentos perturbadores.
