That note at 2:50 absolutely takes my breath away each and every time I hear it. Phenomenal precision, delivery, control, passion, and deep conviction in her belief of what she’s singing. She’s absolutely fantastic without a doubt. I believe that there are those who are talented and there are those who are gifted respectively, and I doubt that anyone here would disagree with my opinion that Amber Riley is without question one of the rare artists who has been gifted with raw talent.

can we concentrate on the fact that kurt gave this church a chance.
i know that religion is weird or dumb to some people and that is ok, but why not try it out ? my sister is gay, she visited our church hundred of times, they wouldnt let her down... they know her, but maybe thats also because we are a small town, still we are there for each other.
we have muslims (actually a childhood-friend of mine) in our choir too. they go to church, they just dont eat the bread or are active in it ... but we accept everyone

So I have mixed feelings about this episode. As a Christian some of these topics were a little bit offensive. Not that Kurt has to believe in God or anything but to put down some people’s beliefs is super rude. HOWEVER I truly love this scene because first of all it shows Mercedes amazing voice but also that the church prayed for him but didn’t push their beliefs on him just gave him their support which I love. Love or hate this episode, believe in God or not NO ONE can deny Amber Riley’s OUTSTANDING VOICE!!! ❤️❤️🙌👍
