Bricked Naze32? Fix that FC!

Here I managed to brick a Naze32 based flight controller during an update. This is how I managed to get it back working!
The actual FC I broke was a Scisky but the process is the same and I this video I use a Naze32 I happen to have spare to use.

All of this is done within cleanflight in the Firmware flasher. The software is found for you using cleanflight. Full instructions are listed on that page under "Recovery/Lost Communication" as follows:
If you have Lost communication with your board follow these steps to restore communication:
°Power off
°Enable 'No reboot sequencs', Enable "Full chip erase".
°Jumper the BOOT pins or holt BOOT button
°Power on (activity LED will NOT flash if done correctly).
°Install all STM32 drivers and Zadig if required (see USB Flashing section of cleanflight manual).
°Close configurator, Close all running Chrome instances, Close all Chrome apps, Restart configurator.
°Release BOOT button if your FC has one.
°Flash with correct firmware (using manual baud rate if specified in your FC's manual).
°Power off.
°Remove BOOT jumper.
°Power on (activity LED should flash).
°Connect normally

Super, thanks for this, helped me recover my controller. Might mention that for mine anyway the boot pins had to be shorted on connection only then the jumper removed then it flashed.

ive done all this and i still cant connect via cleanflight. The software and manual flash shown in this video worked, but i still get flashing red orange lights on connect and no recognition by cleanflight. This occured after a crash. Do you think the naze is broke? Visually it looks fine.

Thanks for the video, but this dosent help me. The blue light is still on, and cant connect to my board.
The program said the flashing was sucesful...

I was flashing my Afroflight 32 Rev6 and it stopped responding, I disconnected the board and connect it again only the blue light is on now. I try to do the same as per your instruction it only uploads the firmware without erasing and that all about it. The board does recognizes the com but cannot flash or connect, any help would really appreciate

I can't seem to get passed the step at 2:21. Every time I click next in the flash loader a message saying "no response from target, the boot loader can not be started. Please verify the boot mode configuration and the flash protection status, reset your device and try again. " I've tried all the ports but nothing seems to work. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the flash loader which did nothing. Any advice would be appreciated.
