Man rescued from flood waters in Houston during Hurricane Beryl

Highway 288 in Houston looked more like a river when a man driving a truck got trapped in the flood waters.

WHY or HOW do people NOT KNOW this water is way to deep to drive through ? The WHOLE AREA looks like a lake ! OBVIOUSLY you should not have tried to drive through it !!! Glad he was rescued and is safe. USE YOUR BRAINS PEOPLE !
