After the butter goes down you should sprinkle some brown sugar and then the pineapple just food for thought I'll be trying it that way.

That is AWESOME, what a great idea! I'm loving the new takes on the breakfasts, and it's cool to get the kids involved. Love pineapple upside down cake, so this will be a must try. We just got a pineapple today at Costco in fact, maybe I'll ring it and give it a try this weekend. I have some pineapple juice in the fridge, just ate the last chunk from the can today. We ended up getting that Lemon Meringue Cheesecake for the 4th... they are so good if you haven't tried them yet from Costco. Griddle On!
