Love this. Been having issues of sleeping, awake at night, sleeping in the day. Only 3 hours at a time. This is calming JESUS music, and many i know. Helps in calming my soul to relaxation so i can drift off to sleep. Hoping to have a longer sleep cycle. In this time period we are in ( the year of 2020, not sure what else it will happen in America) we need to have our body sleep, and awaken our spirit up to whats really going on in the spirit.
This music is is relaxing my mind and giving it to Jesus. Everything is in his hands.
