Being born in the mid 90’s, the infamous Zilla was my introduction to Godzilla. And then Godzilla 2000. I personally love all of it. The Monsterverse has been amazing so far and I am excited to watch Godzilla Minus One.

Both 1954 Godzilla and Second Showa Godzilla (1962 Design from King Kong vs. Godzilla), the giant Irradiated Prehistoric Amphibious Reptiles. Heights: 50 meters tall. After the death of the 1954 Godzilla, the second Showa Godzilla became the succeeded throughout the Showa Godzilla films (1954-1975). The second Showa Godzilla first appeared in 1955's Godzilla's Counterattack until 1975's MechaGodzilla's Counterattack.

My biggest complaint about TriStar godzilla is that when picking the guy to introduce Godzilla to American audiences they looked at the guy who hated the classic Godzilla design and they chose that one

Godzilla movies are awesome! Born in the 60s watched the original with my dad and saw many when they were release at the theater. Watched them all again with my kids and couldn’t be happier that they’re still making new ones. Legendary Godzilla is great but Shin Godzilla is by far the creepiest of the franchise. The “Zilla” movie was weak but I like how Toho dealt with him in (I believe?) Final Wars.
The Anime series is cool too but I’m a sucker for cartoons anyway.

I love the Monster Verse Godzilla, but when I was a child I grew up watching the 60’s and 70’s Godzilla. I never knew there were Godzilla movies in the 90’s other than the one in 98 and I didn’t know about the ones in the 2000’s other than the monster verse ones. I missed a LOT!
