I just bought the 7 yesterday, and i love it.

Although I'm loud and showy, I got the Watch 7 in the smaller case because I'm a small freamed person. The Ultra would have looked obnoxious on my wrist.

Got the 7 44mm to replace the 5 pro I have used for the past 2 years. Aside from the delay when pressing the recent apps button the watch 7 is much faster than the 5. Screen looks better, lasts about 2 days, and in my opinion looks better. Feels like a major upgrade

Actually the watch 7 44mm and the ultra have the same display size...it's the body of the ultra that is bigger. I have the differences to me do not justify almost twice the price for the ultra.

So the battery life on the 7 44 is about the same compared to the ultra how is that possible considering the 590 mah vs 425 ?

I tried the ultra, as a gal i thought it would be too big, and it wasn't that bad. I loved the bigger the screen, but i just couldn't overall love the watch. Saw a couple of vids outlining the specs and felt it wasn't too far away from the ultra. Feels more comfortable on the wrist. Appreciate the battery may not last as long, but i can live with that. Plus, it means I dont need to trade my classic 6 to afford it.

Keeping the Watch 6 Classic 47mm silver until something comes with a much bigger upgrade and difference. Other than the slight battery difference and the rugged design, it wasn't a good enough reason to switch to the Ultra, especially when it can't charge from the back of the phone, and physical rotation is better than touch.

My wife started with a Classic 3. She tried to use to for tracking hikes and runs. It was never accurate (at least 20%) off. So she upgrade to a 5. Same issue. I on the other hand have a 4 Classic which seems to work great. Any thoughts as to the spotty performance for fitness tracking of these watches? Would upgrading to a 7 make any sense, honestly we're thinking about switching to Garmin.

The rotating bezel is everthing they took that away and also made it smaller 🤦‍♂️if it was 47 mm with a choice of 44mm that i might buy

The 7 is too small IMO and Companies always take away the good stuff I find the 6 classic scarcely anywhere but yet I find the 4 classic

The battery on both watches are totally unacceptable. Just like the expensive apple watch $800 last for 48 hours. My Garmen Venu 3. I charge it twice a month.
