Ok this is the first attempt and slicing meat. I used half a pork loin I semi froze it. At first it got stuck in the back and I thought it was because it was to frozen but it was the fat cap. I turned the fat cap towards the beginning of the cut and it worked fine. Being frozen you do move slower than you Normally would but it worked amazingly. I haven’t cut any non frozen meat but when I do I’ll send post.
