Java RMI Application with Callbacks, Database and Logging (Not a tutorial)

A Java RMI Application I built a few years ago with a Microsoft Access Database backend. It includes callbacks from the Server to display the Server runtime as well as confirmation messages to the clients. The client can retrieve, store, update and delete records as well as log a problem with the application. Each time a task is completed (CRUD) or an error is reported, it is logged in a txt file. The Server supports the connection of multiple clients. Recorded on my old laptop of 5 years (as I don't have Microsoft Access on my new one) using Camtasia which causes some lag, apologies.
