Texas needs to focus on their infrastructure so people won't freeze to death.

Raising the age limit to own a gun doesn't matter because anyone 18 and older could be smart with their guns while others shouldn't have theirs. What matters is that those who own a gun know how to use it, keep up with their training and keep their guns maintained and safely put away. And those that have been charged/convicted of certain crimes, should have their guns be taken away. Like abusers and murders.
