WLTOYS 12428 First Run & Impressions

I've been sitting on this video for a few weeks trying to find time to edit it, but here it is. This car is quicker than I expected it to be and handled my long grass very easily. The first upgrade I'd look at for this is the suspension. Oil filled shocks would really help the handling of this car. Even still, for the cost..it is pretty capable. Part support is great for these and there are a lot o options. Hope you enjoy the video.

I put a aluminum shocks oil fill all around for $15 all 4 corners and it handle much better with less roll over and no more bouncy ride

I lost what covers one of the two front leds, is it likely to damage the led without that? how was your experience with the LEDs of version B that are discovered?

A good upgrade to it is the Feiyue back differential and it's whole casing. Banggood sells it I've installed in both my Wltoys 12423 and 12428. Also got metal spur gears from Aliexpress though it makes the cars overly noisy

It's doing great considering the price. Shocks can be upgraded. Some of the big Chineese brands has come a long way during the last couple of years.

More durable than the feiyue fy03 or fy07. Changing the shock will make it more stable through jumps.. Great review!

Hey just wondering if anyone can advise me on some issues I am having with this car, worked great first 2 runs and then after the 3rd charging of the battery I went to plug it into the car and it took off flat out and started to smoke from the motor, even with the power switch off. As soon as it’s connected to power it takes off
