The young lady obviously has never had someone in her life who has had dementia. My dad had dementia. My siblings and I had to make really tough decisions to keep him safe. We had to take the car keys. We had to monitor his finances since he was vulnerable to scams. We had to get him help because he would leave the stove on. And ultimately we had to put him in a home. My dad fought us every step of the way but we did the right thing. No way can a person with dementia make the tough choices. Dr Biden needs to man up.
