If I buy a device on eBay which has IOS installed on it, what happens when I try to practice the activity of reinstalling the IOS on it? Would I lose my rights to the IOS?

Hi Paul! i'm migrating from Apple iOS technician to Learning CCNA, I'm setting up my first hardware lab with x2 1941's / C3560 PS-S x2 + HWIC 2ADSLI x2 is this setup enough for me for CCNA + CCNP..?
