Im finding your OSCE videos a real help as i prepare for mine. one question, we were always told that your patient should be standing to carry out this test as it allows the lungs to expand fully rather than diaphragmatic splinting that you get from sitting down?

This video is great, i was a little nervous because of the weird guttural sound i make when i use my PF-Meter :) Though i do mostly run a score of 720-760 aswell.
