Hey pastor George. You need to send this message to Grace to You. John MacArthur. I love the fact. You always leave your reply section open for comments. It's funny when I see a priest, pastor, Minister. Preach this as a works sermon. They always disable the comments section. By the way I have a Harrier Hound also. He's a good dog. Even though every squirrel and cat hates him.

Thank you for your work! Don't whisper... especially when issuing a warning. I mean, please don't whisper. If you are doing it for effect, try to over emphasize your consonance. It was difficult to understand. And I thought you were giving the message that one could lose their salvation. But once I heard the rest, it's clear that it was a set up for the Gospel.

Hi Pastor Borghardt! Great passage and one that is indeed terrifying without understanding the proper context.

Can you please elaborate on the idea of submitting to Jesus and making him Lord of my life? My last pastor (at a former non-lutheran church) started using that terminology quite a bit and I found myself discomforted because knowing my sin meant I could never do it. Is the idea of "submitting" fully to Christ a bad idea, or is it the muddling of Law and Gospel, or at worst just a false gospel?
