Paul Harvey Wisdom - Barefoot Olympian Marathoner Abebe Bikila

Olympian Abebe Bikila was an Ethiopian marathon runner who won back-to-back Olympic marathon championship. He is the first Ethiopian Olympic gold medalist, winning his and Africa’s first gold medal at the 1960 Summer Olympics in Rome while running barefoot.

He broadcast News and Comment on mornings and mid-days on weekdays and at noon on Saturdays and also his famous The Rest of the Story segments.
