Tenshi is so cute. It's crazy to imagine a JP Vtuber with such a huge english following, and I'm glad she wanted to learn it, and at such a fast pace too. I've been studying Japanese for almost 7 months for several hours a day through flashcards and textbooks, etc and cant freely express myself as much as she can. Tensai Tenshi! I appreciate all her efforts and hope she has fun learning such an expressive language where so many of the words have hundreds of meanings and grammar that breaks all its own rules. Truly difficult, but anything can be done, especially if you have the motivation she has! 💙

not only does she have such a huge english fanbase, but she also learned english very quickly! i don't know any other jp vtuber (besides the fluent ones) speak english as good as uto does from just duolingo and sheer passion. she believes that english is important, not just to talk to other english speakers, but because she wants to include everyone in her streams. i'm very proud to be one of her supporters!, ,>w<,,

It’s great to see her improve, I feel like now she’s at the point where she mainly needs to know more vocabulary so she doesn’t have as much trouble trying to communicate due to not knowing the word she wants to say.
