The plastic, -even inside your greenhouse, you can grow even less hardy winter crops if they have a double layer of plastic so create hoop rows underneath your greenhouse for the super cold nights and less hardy crops.

I like the reset between projects.
Good to be able to see progress.
I made homemade scratch chicken and rice "sick" soup today for my son and working on quilt row piecing and sewing with merely a needle, thread, fingers, pins and scissors ✂️. 😂. So I truly appreciate seeing progress as well.
Yesterday was pinning my rectangular "squares" together. ( Made from old clothes pieces and pieces of sheets and blankets)
That took quite a bit. Now I see a mountain BUT I KNOW that when I'm listening/ watching vids I can still be making progress. Same with taking crochet with me for when I have to sit and wait. Dishcloths are accomplished!
Every little bit helps with feeling productive!

I also use all my carrot including the greens. Any "peeling/ scraping" and "end pieces" go in my stock bags as I'm in a prohibited birds & farm animals location. But we each do what we can.

Jadon....one a farm you NEVER throw anything away. That tapping is so valuable to you. You'll find another project to use it❤

For tears in greenhouse plastic use the tape specifically for it. It's expensive but worth it. Yes save the plastic leftover

You could use the extra plastic from the green house to make green house covers for your raised beds. Then you could start seeds outdoors in the raised beds.

That thick plastic is worth gold. It can temporarily cover things from rain outside, it can protect when you are painting, it can be used as liner or cover if you transporting things home... the minute one throws a thing away you say damn wish I kept it. But then hoarding is my big problem.

Use the plastic for your livestock tractors. Garden low hoops…..cover leaks etc. endless possibilities….

You could use the plastic to cover your winter veggies in the greenhouse. Extra layer for freezing nights.

I like your idea of a 'reset' between projects. Clean up, and put things away helps me to get projects 100% done before I move on. God bless y'all and keep growing

You need to come up with something cute and clever to do with those poles you removed. Something that can handle a 5' type of pole.

We soaked our posts in borax and water for a few hours then let that dry and coated the posts in old motor oil. They seem to be lasting a few years longer. We have a pretty bad termite problem here.
