I grew up in a cult called Brunstad Christian Church (BCC) and was recently attacked by them. Meanwhile in America, half my country appears to be currently brainwashed by Trump, QAnon, religious extremism, and even militant terrorism.

I want to step up and try to help with my knowledge of how to overcome trauma and abuse to choose your own story and live a happy life.

Such a great introduction to the Cult Culture channel and project! Amazing and really professional. It's such a relief to find a community of people who have a similar experience as mine. It's additionally inspiring to find out there are methods and ground-breaking research to address the extremely challenging after-effects of growing up in a cult and navigating the equally challenging relationships.
