I love that Minori clarified that she's getting married because she wants to and not because she got pregnant and now has to get married. That has happened a lot in my family (with my parents and sister) and there were moments where they were completely unhappy with each other and arguing (my parents even divorced) and I just don't want Minori to have to go through that and actually getting married because she loves the guy ❤️

Congratulations hun! I'm so sorry you felt the need to give us a disclaimer. So what if the baby comes first, was or wasn't planned and/or anything else people like to project as taboo onto others! You're amazing and sweet and so too will your baby be. I wasn't married, my son was unplanned, and I literally fled from his biological father. It did not make me any less of a mom, and my child (although now 12) was and still is amazing and absolutely perfect. Unplanned doesn't mean unwanted, and although your child was planned, it's rewlly not anyome's business but yours, your fiance's, and if you choose to tell them, your child ♡. The best advice I can give you for parenthood is to basically listen to everyone's advice, but when the time comes to put it into practice, ignore it all and do what is best and feels right for YOU and YOUR FAMILY. Make sure not to overwork yourself, both physically and mentally, and most of all, you can't be the best mom, like I just know you will be, if you don't make sure to take care of yourself too. Take moments for you when you can because it's so much easier and rewarding to raise a child when you're not losing yourself in the craziness.

You will be an amazing mom and I am so excited for you. You know what you're doing and you are a wonderful person ♡

My husband and I had our wedding rings custom designed by a jeweler friend of mine. We are both huge Ghibli fans so they were made into the shapes of makurokurosuke/soot sprites and we had a Ghibli/japanese themed wedding. It's so much more special when you get to choose the design or even make it yourself. Your ring is beautiful, Minori-san! Congratulations on both engagement and baby! ❤
