Last night, before drifting off to sleep, I got down on my knees and started to pray, and that's when it hit me: I don't know how to pray. So what did I do? I told Jesus that my prayers are too robotic and to teach me how to pray. And that's when I remembered what is referred to as "The Lord's Prayer." The thing about "The Lord's Prayer" is that we're not supposed to recite that prayer word for word every time we pray, but it is the basis for our prayers (if that makes sense).
