"Love Letters To The Dead" by Ava Dellaria was my favorite to pick up in June. It's refreshingly poignant without melodrama or cliche.

Although I ultimately do suggest reading the Infernal Devices first, there aren't any spoilers for the Infernal Devices in City of Heavenly Fire. There are intertwining storylines but when things would be spoilers, Cassandra Clare avoided using names. There aren't any spoilers, I was on the lookout for them. And Cassandra says there isn't, either. She avoided it.

The Infernal Devices are so much better than TMI! The characters are so much better and my god, it's amazing. You need to  finish them quickly!

In june I read The Strange and Beautiful Sorrows of Ava Lavender by Leslye Walton and it was so good! I read the Pigman for school a few years ago and I agree that it wasn't very good, it's probably one of my least favourite books. I am also a huge Lemony Snicket fan and I have read A Series of Unfortunate Events about 6 or 7 times and every time I read his books I notice little details and mysteries I never noticed before.
