Psychopathology is Relatable

This video presents some reasons why mental illness is capable of being understood, empathized, and appreciated by others (as opposed to the common assumption that these experiences are completely foreign). I provide a few examples of how one could relate to symptoms and mental disorders of various kinds, organize a rationale around the relatability of psychopathology, and end with some supporting quotes from influential writers.
