It's a sticky question where I live how patients with heart failure to be alotted between general practitioners and cardiologists. there are several things to consider not only the severity of disease and the burden of symtoms but also which medications they use.
most of the mild cases come to me. I get most NYHA II too, unless they have atrial flutter, ICD or something like that.

what's the difference between a healthy person and a class I patient? wont they both get dyspnea when they do unaccustomed work?
