The leather coverlet is the difficult part to figure out. Got it off, snipped the zip tie, got the new handle back on & zip tied and now I cant seem to get the leather tucked back in.  Any thoughts?

To add more instructions on properly remove the handle: The head chrome cover should be removed first, such that it allows you to access the locking pin. To remove the chrome cover, the action looks like breaking a chopstick from middle using ur two hands, dont twist it, try different angles, only one angle works. good luck
