Classic Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe in 30 Minutes 🍲

Our classic creamy chicken soup recipe is excellent on cold and rainy days. It is one of my winter soup go to recipes by far and is one of the nicest comfort foods I know of. The soup is common around the world. For example, it is commonly called Sopas in the Philippines. I make it with a combination of chicken, thyme, salt, pepper, onions, carrots, celery, cream, and milk. In light of this, it stands out as simple, elegant, and classic. One of the greatest things is, it's a 30 minute recipe. Which makes it a quick and easy soup recipe.

Serve this up with some crackers or bread, and it makes a complete meal. Let's face it folks, there is nothing more hospitable, than taking a hot bowl of chicken soup to a sick friend or family member.

Thanks for this recipe! When I was little, all I ever wanted to eat was soup. My mother even took me to a doctor because seemed this is all I would eat. Having Scottish grandparents, my grandmother would keep our household filled with broths and soup. Today, at 70, will keep soup at hand for a quick and satisfying meal especially when I am not really hungry, or do not know what I want. And yes, when it gets cold here in the southern US, cold and rainy, soup makes me happy and cozy. Lived in Spain and learned of many good homemade soups like Gazpacho, though a cold soup but is excellent in hot weather. Though I make chicken soup, will add the cream to produce a creamier effect. Soups are also a great budget meal. Love your recipes, easy but satisfying.

Made this tonight and loved it!! I also added onions in the beginning and frozen broccoli near the end. Also switched up the seasonings and used chives and rosemary that I grew and dried. Great recipe!!
