Big Pharma is welcoming Big Tech -- at least that's the case at Novartis, where the global giant has partnered with Microsoft to bring advanced AI technology into the company to help, at least initially, with clinical trials. Marion Chalumeau, Head of Digital & Innovation for Novartis Oncology in Spain, shares some insight on how pharma is attempting to disrupt its own business processes -- from R&D to clinical trials -- by integrating next gen tech that will help trim costs and reduce time to market. Novartis is focused on 'going big and going digital', hence the partnership with Microsoft, which is expected to drop costs associated with clinical trials by 25% while also improving the patient experience in the process. Where else with Novartis focus as it attempts to bring new solutions to its Oncology business? Tune in to find out!
