Whats so cool about the swivel technique is how versatile it is. You can either use it as a speed technique on its own in the case of pressure swivel(the technique shown here) or you can take the Krimh style route of combining it with other techniques and just using it to keep your legs from locking up at higher tempos

I learned this with my left foot for the hi-hat but never thought to use my right foot for this motion. 😂now i have to get both to cooperate with each other.

Two things I struggle with right now:
1. At 200+, I have a hard time putting both feet together after being able to play w/ each foot individually
2. My feet tend to slip sometimes
