wala akong pinapalampas, favorite subject ko talaga ang criminal law lalo na magaling
ang nagtuturo.

Good day @FiscalEJ Sir, paano po pag tumapat sa Saturday, Sunday or Holidays yung lapse or expiration ng reglementary period at wala pong duty inquest prosecutor sa area of jurisdiction nila, as you said po "inquest proceeds at the first office hours on the following day after the arrest", hindi po ba kami matamaan ng Arbitrary Detention? Or dapat na naming pakawalan at i-convert namin to regular filing? Please guide us Fiscal🙏😢.

thanks for the very informative lecture, sir. may i know what provision of law or rule of law wherein violation of municipal ordinance, traffic violations or offenses below 6 months are not required for inquest proceedings. thank you again

If the accused was not brought within the reglementary period as provided in art. 125 of RPC, who shall be liable
the arresting police officer or the fiscal because the article speaks of judicial authority?
