Thought I would share for anyone that has a possible failing fan in there Antminer L7 or other Antminer models. This is the process i've gone through a number of times on several different current Antminer models I've had with fan problems in the past.

I have i s19j pro+ it in the dashboard it says, temperature normal it said its connect to the pool put it is not hashing and the fan circle is red and it is saying fan malfunctioning, i will try what you just did and see if it works.
