I've got my own Chasing ROVs, and I can tell you that the information in this video is misleading and WRONG. The E-Reel differs from a manual reel only by motorising the reeling in and out of the tether. Chasing do sell a shore-based power system, but it costs £9000. As standard, or with the E-Reel. the M2 Pro Max, like the M2 Pro, M2S and M2, all use an on-board battery for their power.

Edit: Also, the lights on the M2 Pro Max emit 4000 lumens each, not 8000. Still impressive, but not what you stated.
