Talking about advance care planning

Along with Age UK, we wanted to understand how to encourage more effective conversations about advance care planning. This film shows the findings of a workshop held with doctors and members of the public in 2015. We asked about their understanding of advance care planning, and how some of the barriers to effective conversations could be overcome.
