Fred Knapp of NET News will host this half-hour special, which will consider questions including tax incentives, rural development, and attracting and retaining young people in Nebraska. The guests will be two experts in the theory and practice of economic development -- Renee Fry of the Open Sky Policy Institute and Dave Rippe of Queen City Development Company – along with two Nebraska state senators with key roles in legislation on the issue: Sens.
