Tristram was destroyed, people built a new town that's why it's called "NEW Tristram". The new town isn't on the same place before so that's why.

@Despond D2 random maps are annoying, glad that they change it but they added some random stuffs(random quest/dungeons) in there so there are always something to look forward in every playthrough. Dungeons are still random though.
